Bounce Composites

WHAT WE DO

Bounce found its niche in processing relatively large continuous fiber thermoplastic parts, including hollow and core-filled objects. These hollow products are not built of two halves, but are truly single parts without a seam. Thermoplastic composites are more durable. They have faster manufacturing cycle times. They require less labor and have a process and product with a smaller environmental footprint. What does this mean? It means Bounce Composites can build better products at competitive prices and we can do it here, in California.

Bounce is currently deep in production of our Bounce SUP line of stand up paddleboards. www.BounceSUP.com.

WHY WE CHOSE THE 78 CORRIDOR

- Industrial space for manufacturing

- Labor pool

- Like businesses and suppliers working together

WE LOVE OUR NEIGHBORS

What we are doing with paddleboards is gaining great attention, no one else does it but us!

The turbo car guys behind us (Pure Turbos) are setting world records in horsepower on modified BMWs

Our machinist next door makes crazy super-hard metal alloy machined parts for companies like Boeing.

Not to mention huge companies like genentech making drugs that everyone around the world uses...

FIVE YEARS FROM NOW...

We better be bigger and more profitable. Also more diversified. We are working on building wind turbines for power generation, hollow carbon surfboards, and intake manifolds for automotive to name a few projects outside of paddleboards.

I hope the 78 corridor continues to be diverse, serving both higher tech and larger businesses as well as smaller and lower tech businesses. North County has a great blue collar vibe and a camaraderie between companies that I hope it does not lose.
