- The region’s science and tech talent pipeline has increased by 13% thanks to our area’s impressive institutes of higher learning.
- Advertised wages are up by 24.5% over the last year.
The report also calls out four of North County’s key differentiators, including:
- Highly skilled and experienced manufacturing workforce from a variety of sub-specialties such as circuit board manufacturing, injection molding, and metal fabrication
- Tightly integrated K-16 workforce development systems for both degreed and non-degreed positions
- Multiple freeway and highway links to transportation and logistics hubs in the Inland Empire and Los Angeles basin
- Affordable turnkey-ready properties in several different North County industrial parks
