Longtime Vista manufacturer McCain Manufacturing is now utilizing 100% of its capability to build and distribute COVID-19 containment spaces across the United States. The dust-free walls can be created within minutes, installed within hours, and are easy to disinfect without jeopardizing the integrity of the surface.
These modular walls can be modified to fit any space and can be used in a variety of locations – hospitals, health care facilities, construction job sites, to name a few. This variety of uses shows the flexibility of the product.
An existing customer, Boston International Airport, was able to put their modular walls to use to quickly respond to the COVID-19 crisis. When new protocols went into effect for social distancing and containment, one of the quick-thinking project managers came up with a containment solution that was implemented within 24 hours. The airport already had McCain Walls from other projects when the CDC mandated that airports create secondary screening rooms and triage rooms. The project manager created both types of rooms to treat and contain passengers who had potentially been exposed to the virus.
The airport has received accolades from the quick turnaround time. Both the airport and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) have reached out to McCain Manufacturing to commend them on their versatile product. Thanks to the project manager and McCain’s modular product, HHS said Boston International was the first airport to adhere to the new protocol.

We just want to put our solutions in front of as many people as possible,” said Jeffrey L. McCain, founder of the company.
Most recently, PanAmar Inc., a representative of McCain Walls, congratulated Turner Construction Company on their quick install of an Emergency Patient Care Facility at the Sleep Train Arena in Sacramento using McCain Walls modular systems. This is just another example of the time savings involved and the flexibility in using a modular, reusable walls system.
The North County roots for McCain Manufacturing run deep as Mr. McCain has run various businesses in Vista for over 35 years. “The City of Vista is so proud of McCain Manufacturing for their efforts to help combat this pandemic.
