As San Diego County falls back into the “purple,” most-restrictive tier, many businesses and restaurants are only allowed to operate outdoors. The Economic Development Departments in each city are supporting businesses succeeding through these times and in submitting proposals to temporarily operate outdoors during this pandemic.
To help address the reduction of useable indoor space, all five cities will allow for the temporary use of the outdoors for dining, expanded retail space and other business operations.
